Product description

The multifunctional acidification plug-removing diverting agent is a water-based fluid system formed by the interaction of surfactants by molecular interaction. Before the acid reacts with the rock, the fluid has a lower viscosity, and after reacting with the acid liquid, the viscosity of the fluid is greatly increased. a jelly can be formed with a large amount of foam . At 25 ° C, the viscosity of the acid solution before the reaction with the rock is about 5 mPa.S. When the acid solution reacts with the rock, the viscosity can be raised to 150-200 mPa. S, and the original contact viscosity of the jelly is rapidly reduced to 55mPa.S. This property make it possible to quickly break the gel , and selectively acidify and deblock the oil formation and the hypotonic formation. After acidification, the fluid is easily discharged from the formation. In addition, the diversion agent is a multi-molecular combination system of surfactants, which has large cohesive energy of the system , and the force on the surface of the formation rock is small. Therefore,it has characteristics of poor retention in the formation , leaving no residue, easy to return, less damage to the formation. At the same time, it also has a good oil washing effect, emulsification and viscosity reduction of crude oil.
