针对部分地区地层温度低,含稠油、蜡油、沥青质、胶质油的情况:对油层的开采要考虑冷采的方式。对地层采取化学吞吐、井筒采用化学剂降粘。根据稠油的主要成分沥青质、胶质的分子式结构进行合理的分子设计合成出一种新型的稠油降粘剂,其特殊的分子式结构使得其与大的稠环芳烃具有很强的亲和力,而其本身又有较好的亲水性。因此整体表现为对稠油的较好的分散性、乳化性和湿润性。经过大量的室内性能评价发现,该产品可在地层15 度左右使用时还具有良好地效果。其降粘率可达到 80-90%。目前已成为国内一种新型的稠油冷采降粘剂。

使用说明：
在施工中,该产品按 0.5-1.5%的比例加入水中,搅拌均匀后,按油水体积比 70:30 的比例将降粘剂水溶液注入地层,经循环可形成水状,达到分散流动状态即可。
