Product description

According to the molecular structure of asphaltene and colloidal , the main components of heavy oil, a new type of heavy oil viscosity reducer is synthesized through reasonable molecule design. Its special molecular structure makes it have strong affinity with large polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and better hydrophilicity. Therefore, the overall performance is better dispersibility, emulsifying property and wettability to heavy oil. After a large number of indoor performance evaluations, the product has a good effect when used in the formation of about 15 degrees. Its viscosity reduction rate can reach 80-90%. now, it has become a new type of heavy oil cold-collecting viscosity reducer in China.

Instructions for use：

During the construction, the product is added to the water in a ratio of 0.5-1.5%. After stirring evenly, inject the viscosity reducing agent aqueous solution into the formation according to the ratio of oil to water volume ratio of 70:30 .and the oil-in-water emulsion can be formed through the circulation to achieve the dispersed flow.
