Viscosity Reducer

Product description

The product is made from surfactants, mutual solvent and organic solvent. It solves the problem of difficult extraction of thick oil and high cost. It reduces viscosity of thick oil containing high cementitious material or highly bituminous material. It however does not contain emulsion, thus does not affect later deemulsification and refining of thick oil. It has good high temperature 250°C withstand performance. It is mainly used in oilfield thick oil extraction and maintenance.

Technical Requirement：

Application：

The product is diluted to soluble of certain concentration when used into crude oil. The dosage of it may be increased suitably when crude oil solidifying point is high.

Packaging and Storage：

The product is packed in plastic barrel with net weight of 20±0.5kg or as required by the customer. Store it in cool, dry and ventilated place.

Safety Instruction: Avoid the contact with eyes, skin or clothes. In case of any contact, use clean water to flush it; Keep the product away from fire.
