Clay Stabilizer(High Temperature)

Product description

The stabilizer is branch-chained high cation organic polymer-inorganic compound mixture. The introduced sulfonation gene significantly improves its temperature resistance. It withstands temperature above 300°C. The product, under normal temperature and high temperature, apparently increases binding pressure between clay crystal lattice, between crystal layers and between particulates, effectively prevents clay from hydration swelling, dispersing, thus increasing oil layer cementation strength, avoid stratum sanding.

Wells

(1) Wells where clay has hydrated and swelled and sanding is serious;

(2) Oil extraction from the new well with high content of clay;

(3) Steam injection wells and high-temperature deep wells.

Instruction for Use:

The stabilizer is diluted to water solution of 10% concentration when it is used solely for stratum anti-swelling treatment. The solution is squeezed by pump into stratum through well shaft, close the shaft for one hour, proceed with other operation; when the stabilizer is used together with acidizing liquid or for fracturing, the water solution of 5% concentration may be used as pre-pad liquid or post-pad liquid, or the stabilizer of 2% concentration is added into acidizing liquid or fracturing liquid.

Packaging and Storage:

The product is packed in plastic barrel, stored in cool dry and ventilated place, kept away from sunlight, fire or water.
